Welcome to the terms and conditions of Jeansmeup.co.uk, which apply to all items ordered from www.Jeansmeup.co.uk and all the subdomains. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using either of our sites or ordering any Products.

The current contract language is: English.

Creative-M Ltd. is the owner and operator of www.Jeansmeup.co.uk (which includes all domains and subdomains connected to Jeansmeup.co.uk). We are registered in Switzerland under the company number CHE-440.458.382

ORDER

On the Website you will find detailed product descriptions, photos and visualizations of the products that can be acquired. The perception of colours can vary from display to display and we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed by your monitor will be exactly the same color of the product at the time of delivery and / or receiving.

The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is only concluded when we accept your order via email confirmation. You can keep track of your order status by logging into your account and going to "My orders". Please note that you have to log in to do this. It is your responsibility to provide a functioning email-address and check the order confirmation thoroughly for possible errors. It is important that you contact us immediately in case you wish to change or correct any details in your order. Please keep in mind that your order will only be processed if you have placed the order correctly and we received authorization from your payment card or your prepayment on our bank account.

PRICES

The displayed Prices are in US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), Pounds Sterling (GBP) or Swiss Franc (CHF). The final amount of the order will be displayed in the shopping cart. Prices do not include any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local VAT, which may be charged upon delivery depending on the destination country.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

The products are delivered as soon as possible, usually 4 - 5 weeks from order, payment and correctness of your measurments. If an article is not available, you will be informed immediately via email. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

If the ordered jeans cannot be delivered for reasons for which we are not responsible, we are entitled to partially or fully withdraw from the purchase contract and to reimburse payments already received from the customer accordingly.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee (currently 20 USD) for shipments that are refused or not collected. Please always collect your order within 14 days of delivery at your local post office or packing station to avoid this fee.

PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon order placement. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received. Payment can be made by PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or Bank transfer. 

CHANGES AND REFUND

We strive to ensure that every garment fits perfectly. However, if the delivered product does not fit as expected, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide a detailed description of the issue, including photos.

Each case will be individually reviewed.

a) Error by Jeansmeup.co.uk  
If the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect implementation of the provided measurements), we will, at our discretion:

- cover reasonable alteration costs (up to a maximum of 70% of the product price), or  

- remake the product free of charge.


b) Error by Customer  
If the issue is due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer:

- If the garment can be adjusted by a local tailor, we may offer a goodwill voucher equivalent to reasonable alteration costs.  

- If the garment cannot reasonably be altered, we may offer a replacement product at a reduced price.

These goodwill solutions are voluntary and do not constitute a legal obligation.

Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are excluded unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the agreed specifications.

General
Nothing in this section limits the customer's statutory rights in cases of defective or non-conforming goods under applicable law.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

FORCE MAJEURE

In cases of force majeure, delivery times may be extended or the contract may be cancelled where performance becomes impossible. Jeansmeup.co.uk regards as force majeure: war, mobilization, acts of terror, natural disasters, strikes, sanctions, delivery problems on the part of the shipping company and other extraordinary circumstances.
