Welcome to the terms and conditions of Jeansmeup.co.uk, which apply to all items ordered from www.Jeansmeup.co.uk and all the subdomains. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using either of our sites or ordering any Products.

Creative-M Ltd. is the owner and operator of www.Jeansmeup.co.uk (which includes all domains and subdomains connected to Jeansmeup.co.uk). We are registered in Switzerland under the company number CHE-440.458.382
On the Website you will find detailed product descriptions, photos and visualizations of the products that can be acquired. The perception of colours can vary from display to display and we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed by your monitor will be exactly the same color of the product at the time of delivery and / or receiving.
As soon as the order has been placed by you, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You can keep track of your order status by logging into your account and going to "My orders". Please note that you have to log in to do this. It is your responsibility to provide a functioning email-address and check the order confirmation thoroughly for possible errors. It is important that you contact us immediately in case you wish to change or correct any details in your order. Please keep in mind that your order will only be processed if you have placed the order correctly and we received authorization from your payment card or your prepayment on our bank account.
The displayed Prices are in US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), Pounds Sterling (GBP), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Australian Dollar (AUD) or Swiss Franc (CHF). The final amount of the order will be displayed in the shopping cart.
The products are delivered as soon as possible, usually 4 - 5 weeks from order, payment and correctness of your measurments. If an article is not available, you will be informed immediately via email.
If the ordered jeanscannot be delivered for reasons for which we are not responsible, we are entitled to partially or fully withdraw from the purchase contract and to reimburse payments already received from the customer accordingly.
Jeansmeup.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss, inconvenience, cost or other damage caused by late deliveries.
We charge you 20 USD for processing costs for shipments that are not accepted / picked up / returned. Please always collect your order within 14 days of delivery at your local post office or packing station to avoid this fee.

Payment can be made by PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or Bank transfer. As soon as the order value is paid, the processing of your order will be started. When paying via PayPal the order value will be withdrawn instantly.
Our jeans are handcrafted by very experienced tailors based on the measurements you specify. Please follow our made-to-measure instructions and your made-to-measure jeans will fit perfectly.
If, despite all our expertise and control, a pair of jeans does not suit you, we will not simply let you down! Please just write us a Mail, with your feedback and some photos of you in our jeans. We will then contact you with an analysis within 2 days at the latest:
If the mistake was made by us and we have implemented your measurements incorrectly despite all our controls, then we will take on the change costs (max. 70% of the original amount). In this instance please send us the invoice from the alteration tailor. Alternatively we will make your custom jeans again immediately with optimized measurements.
If you have made the mistake (you gave us wrong measurements) and if the jeans can be fixed by a tailor, we will give you a voucher, worth the change costs paid. If the alteration tailor cannot change the jeans, we will offer you a new jeans, with optimized measurments, at a preferential price of 40% of the original amount.
If something doesn't fit the way it should, please contact us immediately: info@massjeans-online.ch The best thing to do is to list in your email exactly where the jeans don't fit you. Also send us some photos of you wearing our jeans. We will then precisely analyze the error (s) and get back to you within 48 hours.
Since all tailor-made jeans are specially tailored to the measurements and wishes of each customer, Jeansmeup.co.uk does not offer any return of the products.
Our website stores information and the IP addresses of computers and uses Cookies. A cookie is a small removable data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer. This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
In the event of force majeure, the agreement can either be viewed as legally canceled without any obligation to pay compensation for Jeansmeup.co.uk or the customer, or delivery times are extended according to the nature of the force majeure. Jeansmeup.co.uk regards as force majeure: war, mobilization, acts of terror, natural disasters, strikes, sanctions, delivery problems on the part of the shipping company and other extraordinary circumstances.
